Most recently in the senior living industry I helped increase the average lease pace and occupancy as a direct contributor and through a sales team by double-digits, grew memory care census by 31% in 7 months, reduced sales budget by 20% and as part of the leadership team increased NOI from 9% to 33% in 9 months.

 

In the plastic industry I helped grow a small family owned hot runner temperature controller business by 35%-40% in a nine-month period as Director of Sales responsible for a national rep network of 20 and as an individual sales contributor.  During this time, I negotiated several distribution contracts for a new diagnostic tool that will generate over $500k annually in new revenue/income.

 

As Vice President of Sales, I led an international team of account executives, business development and marketing team that grew a start-up consulting firm by double-digits four years in a row. My strategic and tactical abilities to focus on key industries with “significant pain points”, a “front line” leader and present "win-win" solutions made all the difference. The company CEO called him a "pit bull" for his determination and tenacity while the President called him a "rain maker".
